OLUWAFEMI OMOTOSHO TIMOTHY

Omotosho Oluwafemi Timothy has well over 20 years of vast and varied experience in the field of education. He had worked at different times in outstanding international schools including, Greensprings School, Lagos, Grange School, Ikeja, Corona Secondary School, Agbara and Emerald High School.

He is known for his philosophy that learning should be fun, creative, engaging and interactive to create a sense of curiosity and where students feel they have a voice in the learning process.

In his role as principal, he has expertise in strategic and tactical planning, curriculum design, technology in education, assessment and evaluation.

He is poised towards global and total education that incorporates life skills and other co-curricular activities.

He has attended several trainings and professional development programmes at home and abroad. As a keen learner, he is a member of The Teaching Network Foundation (TTNF) where also upgrade his knowledge on best practices in education. He is equally a member of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).

He is an inspirational leader who demonstrates passion for implementing best practice in teaching and learning.

VICE PRINCIPAL

ADEOLA OLUWASESAN

She holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Geography and Regional Planning from the Olabisi Onabanja University Ogun State in 2003, MGIS (Geographic Information Science) from the University of Lagos in 2010 and PGDE from Uthmanu Danfodio University Sokoto in 2012.

She believes that students should be guided to learn through inquiry and discovery.

She brings to the table an innovative style of teaching and learning. She is an inspirational leader that influences and always strives to improve everyone she encounters her positively.

She believes in being industrious, she is a visionary in her chosen field, having strategic thinking and planning skills. She is open to new ideas, techniques and is responsive to change. She is also a good team player.

Adeola Oluwasesan is an educationist with over fourteen years experience in the teaching profession. She has worked at different times in outstanding international schools.

She has attended several trainings and professional development programmes and is a member of the Teaching Network Foundation (TTNF), the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and GEOSON.

She is currently the Vice Principal, Head of Social Science Department, Chairman of the Disciplinary and Excursion Committees of Thames Valley College.

OJIMA AGUOJE EGENE

He holds a B.Sc. in Geography and Regional Planning from the Kogi State University in 2009. He has a Post Graduate Degree in Education (PGDE) from the Usmanu Danfodio University Sokoto in 2012. He is also certified by the University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE).

He believes that learning should be creative and engaging, and that teaching and learning plans should consider individual differences among the learners.

He is a trained, passionate and proficient professional teacher whose joy and strength lie in seeing his students learn and attain excellent grades.

He has well over nine years of varied experience in the field of education. In his role, he has taught Geography, Economics, Civic Education and Social Studies. He has prepared and presented candidates for WAEC, NECO and IGCSE examinations with high rate of success.

He has attended several Teachers Professional Development and Leadership training programmes and is a member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).

He is the Chairman of the Academics Committee of Thames Valley College.

EMEKA-JOSEPHEMEKA EMMANUEL JOSEPH

Holds a B.A. in English from Delta State University in 2005

As a dyed in the wool believer that every child can learn, his style is fun, engaging, child-centred and result oriented. Over the years, his students have consistently attained excellent grades in WASSCE, NECO SSCE, IGCSE, SAT, etc.

He is highly creative and gifted in music, acting, public speaking, creative writing and organizing events. These qualities have always singled him out as the man to chair co-curricular activities.

He has put in well over eleven years to teaching at several high profile schools where he served in key leadership and management positions. He also did a stint as a copywriter and news reporter.

He has attended various seminars and workshops in his quest for persistent improvement.

Emeka Joseph is the Head of the Department of Languages and Chairman Events Committee.

He teaches the English Language and Literature-in-English.

He is a graduate of the University of Ibadan where he obtained his B.Sc. in Mathematics in 2004. He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the University of Ibadan in 2008 before proceeding for his M.Sc, at University of Ibadan in Applied and Industrial Mathematics in 2016.

He is an advocate of the philosophy that every student is unique and that no matter how gifted a child is, each needs their own recipe of customized support, opportunities and feedback in order to thrive.

He believes Mathematics teaches patience, discipline, and step-by-step problem-solving skills. He is known among his students for the slogan “ANY MATHS CAN BE DONE” or “MATHS IS FUN.”

He is an excellent team player. He has vast academic competence in Mathematics, Reading, Effective Communication, Analytical and Problem-solving and Computer Literacy Skill.

He has taught in schools in Kano, Ibadan, Lagos and Sagamu in different capacities, as classroom teacher, Head Teacher, Head of Department, Vice Principal and also had a stint at Gateway Polytechnic, Saapade Ogun State as a contract Lecturer.

He currently teaches Mathematics and Further Mathematics at Thames Valley College and Head of Department, Maths and Science.

IDOWU AILEME

He holds NCE (Elect/Elect) 2005 from Federal College of Education (Technical) Akoka Lagos and B.Ed from the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 2013.

He believes that every child has the ability to do well in school when rightly stimulated. He believes that every child should be active in at least one sport, be able to play a musical instrument and be good in a vocational trade. These are fundamental skills for the future.

He is a self-motivated teacher who is passionate about teaching and mentoring

He has over nine years experience of teaching Basic Technology and Technical Drawing and has worked in different reputable schools.

He has attended several training and is a member of the Basic Technology and Technical Drawing Teachers Association of Nigeria (BATTAN).

He is currently the Head of Vocational Department and teaches Basic Technology and Technical Drawing.
