FADAIRO

OLATUNJI YUSUF FADAIRO

Olatunji Yusuf Fadairo is a graduate of the famous university of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria where he obtained B.A French and graduated with Second Class Honours (upper division).

He is a man that has a very deep passion for French language right from his secondary school days and this informed his going for higher studies in the language. To improve his knowledge in the language, he has attended different French language centers and workshops.

He is very passionate about the teaching and learning of French language and he has acquired different skills and methods in teaching the language. He believes in the continual repetition of whatsoever the students must have learnt in class so as to enhance their written and oral competence and performance.

He has served on different teams, sometimes as the leader and sometimes as a team member and has equally won different awards and plaques for excellence.

He is a lover of students and has a very cordial relationship with them as he guides them to living a balanced life: academically, spiritually, socially, mentally, physically e.t.c.

He is also a lover of extracurricular activities as it plays a major role in developing the talents, interests and passion of an individual.

He currently teaches French language at Thames Valley College and the Head of the Department of Languages.

DEPARTMENT OF MATHS AND SCIENCE

He is a graduate of the University of Ibadan where he obtained his B.Sc. in Mathematics in 2004. He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the University of Ibadan in 2008 before proceeding for his M.Sc, at University of Ibadan in Applied and Industrial Mathematics in 2016.

He is an advocate of the philosophy that every student is unique and that no matter how gifted a child is, each needs their own recipe of customized support, opportunities and feedback in order to thrive.

He believes Mathematics teaches patience, discipline, and step-by-step problem-solving skills. He is known among his students for the slogan “ANY MATHS CAN BE DONE” or “MATHS IS FUN.”

He is an excellent team player. He has vast academic competence in Mathematics, Reading, Effective Communication, Analytical and Problem-solving and Computer Literacy Skill.

He has taught in schools in Kano, Ibadan, Lagos and Sagamu in different capacities, as classroom teacher, Head Teacher, Head of Department, Vice Principal and also had a stint at Gateway Polytechnic, Saapade Ogun State as a contract Lecturer.

He currently teaches Mathematics and Further Mathematics at Thames Valley College and Head of Department, Maths and Science.

OJIMA AGUOJE EGENE

He holds a B.Sc. in Geography and Regional Planning from the Kogi State University in 2009. He has a Post Graduate Degree in Education (PGDE) from the Usmanu Danfodio University Sokoto in 2012. He is also certified by the University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE).

He believes that learning should be creative and engaging, and that teaching and learning plans should consider individual differences among the learners.

He is a trained, passionate and proficient professional teacher whose joy and strength lie in seeing his students learn and attain excellent grades.

He has well over nine years of varied experience in the field of education. In his role, he has taught Geography, Economics, Civic Education and Social Studies. He has prepared and presented candidates for WAEC, NECO and IGCSE examinations with high rate of success.

He has attended several Teachers Professional Development and Leadership training programmes and is a member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).

He is currently the  Head of Social Sciences Department and teaches Geography and History.

VOCATIONAL DEPARTMENT

IDOWU AILEME

He holds NCE (Elect/Elect) 2005 from Federal College of Education (Technical) Akoka Lagos and B.Ed from the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 2013.

He believes that every child has the ability to do well in school when rightly stimulated. He believes that every child should be active in at least one sport, be able to play a musical instrument and be good in a vocational trade. These are fundamental skills for the future.

He is a self-motivated teacher who is passionate about teaching and mentoring

He has over nine years experience of teaching Basic Technology and Technical Drawing and has worked in different reputable schools.

He has attended several training and is a member of the Basic Technology and Technical Drawing Teachers Association of Nigeria (BATTAN).

He is currently the Head of Vocational Department and teaches Basic Technology and Technical Drawing.
